Set the temperature to HOT!
Turn the temperature up to 120F to fully stimulate circulation and blood flow. Some habitual abuses lead to great things. Shower, Daily. Focus on your technique, daily, in the morning (baths in the evening). Start with a few deep breaths in the steamy air and some slow stretches. Then begin showering with a richly lathering, sulfate-free, all-natural soap with an essential oil-based scent that reflects your mood and the season. Always start from the very bottom of the feet in small circular motions up towards the heart and out the tips of your fingers. Follow with an invigorating scrub in the same motions including the back and neck in cross-motions. If you can - rinse with very cold water.
