returns policy

returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt date for a refund. 

all merchandise must be accompanied by the packing list and in unused, saleable condition. only products purchased on may be returned for refund. red flower products purchased from all other locations must be returned to their original point of purchase. no refunds or exchanges can be given on promotional items. 

we regret that we do not refund original shipping costs with the return, customers are responsible for the return shipping & handling charges. please contact us immediately for assistance with damaged items.

please call 212-966-5301 or send an email to [email protected]. to receive a return authorization number and reference your order number in your request. please send product(s) to our fulfillment center at:

all returns will be credited back to the original credit card used at time of purchase within 5-7 business days of our warehouse receiving your return. there are no cash refunds. please allow at least 2 billing cycles for the credit adjustment to appear on your credit card statement.
