yes! on the cart screen, select “add order note” and let us know what you would like the note to say, including who it is to and from. please note - payment receipts are never included in red flower shipments, so the giftee will not know what you spent on the order.

in compliance with state law, we charge sales tax for orders being shipped to ny. sales tax will be applied to your total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
to pay for your order, you have the choice of american express, discover, mastercard and visa. please note that only credit cards issued by a u.s. financial institution will be accepted. red flower is unable to accept credit cards that have been issued by banks in foreign countries. for security purposes, your billing name and address must match the credit card information used for payment.

Red Flower ships directly from our privately owned facility in the greater New York City area. We offer free standard ground shipping within the USA on orders of $54 or more, and a flat rate of $7 for orders under $54. Most orders are processed within 2 business days of being placed.
For international orders, customers are responsible for all shipping costs. To estimate shipping fees for international deliveries or expedited shipping options, please enter your shipping information on the checkout screen before placing your order.
ups does not deliver to p.o. boxes; however, we can ship orders via u.s. postal service.
