The Forest Bath Rite is a tonic bath taken to induce a feeling of vigor and wellbeing. Like walking through a forest, soaking in trees brings uplifting benefits. What makes this different from traditional Japanese Forest Bathing is that we rarely lie horizontally on the forest floor to look up at the trees and feel the warmth of the sun. As you soak, imagine yourself looking up and feeling the power and embrace of the trees.

Prepare the Forest Bath Rite

Water temperature should be between 99 F and 112 F

NOTE: Be generous with yourself and the amount of product you apply over the body.


Roll several wash cloths and place into a bowl of ice, set at the side of the bath. Empty sides of the bath of any bottles, place only the candle, Active Organic Forest Milk Purifier, Ionizing Vita Flower Mist and iced towels at the bath ledge. Run bath water to temperature as hot as comfortable up to 112 F. Light candle and place one cup of Organic Birch Mineral Mint Hydrotherapy Soaking Plunge and 10 drops of Essential Omega Fresh Berry Oil into the bath and run hand through to blend. 

Prior to entering the bath, shake well the Moroccan Mint Silt Purifier well and apply over the whole body. Applied like a wet masque, rich in french green clay it is very cooling and detoxifying. Cooling the body prior to plunging into the bath increases the effects of melatonin production and contrast therapy benefits such increased blood flow and circulation and reduced muscle pain. 

Enter hot mineral-infused water from a sitting position - this is the way to go. Sit at a ledge with feet on a towel and then turn the body from a sitting position into a bath - toddlers to timeless. Once fully immersed in water apply active organic forest milk purifier in invigorated circular motions. The combination of detoxifying moroccan mint silt purifier and oat-derived lactic acid rich active organic forest milk purifier is ideal to balance skin and gently remove dead skin cells and promote cellular turnover. Deeply hydrating, antibacterial and skin softening the soothing and cleansing effects leave skin feeling healed.

Soak for 10-15 minutes. Close eyes, head back, place cool towel on top of head to reduce overheating and feel the body totally relax. As you soak, enjoy absorbing essential minerals like sodium, calcium, zinc, magnesium and potassium essential to healthy sleep, a healthier heart.

Before water begins to cool, lift the whole body to the ledge of the bath and while sitting, step from bath to towel. While skin is still damp, quick apply flowers hold life aromatherapeutic body oil in circular motions from toes toward heart. Pat skin dry and wrap in a warm towel.
